Brisbane Catholic Education established Notre Dame College to serve families seeking a Catholic Prep to Year 12 education for their children. Notre Dame College is an inclusive community that welcomes students and families who support the College's Gospel values (humility, compassion, kindness, integrity, etc.).
Enrolment Application Information
- Please read the information contained within the Enrolment Criteria document.
- Enrolment applications will be accepted up to three years before the commencement year at the College.
- Enrolment applications are processed once the non-refundable enrolment fee is paid.

How to Submit an Enrolment Application
1. Read the information above and within the Enrolment Criteria document.
2. Pay the non-refundable application fee online ($50 per student) paid before the application can be processed.
3. Submit an enrolment application via the online enrolment application and email through all required documents to auraenrol@bne.catholic.edu.au including:
- Birth certificate,
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable),
- 2 School reports (if applicable),
- Immunisation details or records (if applicable).
- Proof of citizenship; certificate/ passport or visa (if applicable).
Important Notice: Unfortunately due to the nature of the Enrolment Application Form, additional years of enrolment and year levels are able to be selected other than those outlined above. If enrolments are not yet open, you will be contacted by the Enrolments Officer that your application can not be accepted.
Enrolment applications will not begin to be processed until February/March 2024.
Important Notice: Please ensure that you are only paying the Application Fee for an open year of enrolment/year level. See the tables above for more information.
That's it! You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and following this, communication from the College with next steps.
Please note: Acknowledgement of receipt of an application does not guarantee an invitation to interview for enrolment or an offer of enrolment.
Enrolment Application Process Information
- The main Prep and Year 7 intake interviews will commence mid-February of the year prior to commencement. The first round of offers will be made in April of the year prior.
- Applicants and their families may be offered an enrolment interview with a member of the College's leadership team.
- The Principal or their representative will contact the student's current school or kindergarten to seek information regarding areas such as, but not limited to:
- Readiness for Prep,
- Academic progress,
- Learning needs (if any),
- Behaviour and relationships with peers and staff,
- Commitment to learning, and involvement in school activities.
- Applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of the interview process and whether a position is offered.
- Families offered a position will be notified of the timelines and procedures for acceptance of the offer.
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the enrolment confirmation fee ($200 for the first student in a family, $100 for each subsequent child) and this is non-refundable.
- Families without enrolment offers will be given the opportunity to remain on a waiting list. Subsequent offers will be made upon positions becoming available in accordance with enrolment guidelines and processes.
Enrolment Fee
Following the application and interview process, enrolment may be offered and is confirmed upon receipt of the enrolment confirmation fee ($200 per child) and this is non-refundable.
